Prepare information for sales

A model can assist with summarising permitted account notes or drafting a response from approved product information. The team should verify facts and pricing before sending anything. Missing stock or delivery information should trigger a check, not a guessed answer.

Read incoming requests

An order enquiry may arrive as an email or document. AI can be evaluated for extracting candidate fields, while deterministic checks confirm product codes, quantities and required information. Treat extracted values as proposals until validated; incomplete requests need an explicit route to a person.

Support operations without hidden commitments

Summaries and exception grouping may help an operator understand a queue. Changing a payment, confirming an order or releasing stock carries different consequences and needs explicit permissions and controls. These are possible scenarios, not claims of a delivered CNAAN customer project. Start by testing one scenario against your own acceptance criteria.
